i ended up deciding on this adorable romper as a swimsuit cover-up. let's be honest, my typical daily wear doesn't allow for this short-short style however when i am heading to the pool, the beach or the river i want cute cover-ups that don't cause crazy tan lines and keep me cool. this is a complete winner when it comes to that and it makes for the perfect Fourth of July outfit, amiright?!
