Summer Skincare With Shortlist Beauty

I’m sharing #Shortlist in my life as part of a Shortlist sponsored series for Socialstars™

It has officially been one month since I began using the Shortlist Skincare products and I wanted to put together a post letting you know how the experience has gone so far. I can tell you I haven't noticed any dramatic changes (it has only been 4 weeks people!) however I have noticed small changes. During the summer I have so much sun exposure thanks to swimming and boating and while I do my best to protect my skin during these months it still gets a little beat up. Shortlist has been my skincare BFF in helping to keep my skin feel hydrated and super soft during these hot, dry summer months. The harshness of going between the indoor cool and the outdoor heat can be so hard on your skin and Shortlist has helped take that edge off. Also, who doesn't like a quick and easy skincare routine? It is summer and I am on the go all day erry day and anything I can do to shorten my routine is a welcome reprieve.

Curious to learn more about these products? Shortlist is a Serum and Cream that work together to repair damaged skin and help prevent aging. The Serum is a superstar that helps strengthen the moisture barrier of your skin which in turn helps your skin act and feel younger. The Serum also helps to regenerate the skin's surface which helps to prepare your skin to absorb the Cream. The key ingredients for the Serum are Niacinamide which is Vitamin B3. This ingredient helps strengthen your skin's moisture barrier. It also contains Glycerin which provides your skin with long lasting moisture. Last it has Hyaluronic Acid which is a moisturizing ingredient that can hold up to 1000 times its weight in water.

Let me tell you a little more about the second step. The Cream helps to rejuvenate your skin by increasing cellular turnover. Over time you will notice a diminished look of fine lines and wrinkles. This pro-retinol cream contains only nine ingredients and those ingredients include Retinyl Propionate and Glycerin. The Retinyl Proprionate helps to diminish the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles by increasing cellular turnover on the surface of your skin. The Glycerin as mentioned before helps to provide long lasting moisture.

The combination of the Cream & Serum pack a powerful punch in providing youthful rejuvenation of your skin. For all you busy moms out there who want something that is quick, easy and effective this just might be your product. Their whole outlook on skincare is less is more and in this case, it is true. Fewer ingredients with fewer steps all to provide better results.

My Shortlist Skincare products are a quick and easy solution to preventative maintenance during these harsh summer months. I love the less is more slogan and on board with this skincare that is proactive instead of reactive. You can get more information on these products by visiting www.shortlistbeauty.com.
