Holiday Makeup Tutorial

it's that time of year where party invitations are being sent, dinners are being attended and pictures are being taken. this week i plan on bringing you a few tutorials to help take some of the pressure off and give you an idea or two about how to prepare.

today's tutorial is a simple eye makeup tutorial. i am using the Hard Candy eyeliners that you saw here:
