philosophy loveswept

Disclosure: This post was sponsored by philosophy through their partnership with POPSUGAR. While I was compensated by POPSUGAR to write a post about philosophy, all opinions are my own.
the well-being beauty brand philosophy has launched the new loveswept fragrance. with a vibrant, feminine and romantic feel, this scent is about following your heart and seeing where it can take you. just in time for Valentine's Day this lovely scent couldn't have been introduced at a more perfect moment.

when i was younger i scoffed at anything romantic. hearts, flowers and rom-com movies all made me annoyed. for some reason i thought embracing my feminine side somehow made me soft. i wanted to be tough, like butter that has just been pulled out of the fridge, not like butter that has been sitting at room temp. a marriage and a few kids later i gladly embrace romance. being a woman, loving love and enjoying all things romance doesn't make you soft, it just means you are a versatile, dimensional person. i can be tough with the toughest and i can also sit down and enjoy an episode of The Bachelor. having feelings is what makes us women. we have a nurturing, loving nature that makes us the type of person our children, spouses (or boyfriends) can look to for strength.

the loveswept fragrance evokes all things feminine, and i like it. from the packaging to the scent, the subtle hints of love emanate. the scents' floral notes give a strong feminine vibe but the citrus undertone helps give it strength. a few spritzes of this fragrance and who knows where your day will take you.

philosophy believes that beauty lives inside every woman and i couldn't agree more. so why not smell beautiful too?

i love this image because the man behind the lens is the love of my life and willing helps me do my best on my blog.
philosophy invites you to spread the love by enter their sweepstakes on Facebook. you could win a trip for two to Paris as well as other prizes that will be sure to sweep you off your feet.

  2. This fragrance is awesome! I'm glad I'm not the only one who has embraced femininity later in life... I was so anti-girly stuff when I was growing up but now I can't get enough!

Unrelated to the fragrance but... your hair color is gorgeous!!
