exciting news from the blushing basics household! a few months ago i did a product review of the new Nexxus Color Assure system and once my review went live the brand asked if they could use my review for an upcoming ad they were working on. last Monday an email arrived in my inbox letting me know that my name, blog address and quote would be featured in the August issues of Self, Glamour and Allure magazine as well as the September issues of Vogue and Vanity Fair!
September issues. i die.
additionally, last week i received even more good news. i applied for press credentials for the spring/summer 2015 Mercedes Benz Fashion Week and was approved! i will be traveling to New York in September with some of my favorite girls to give you the latest details on trends, makeup and hairstyles we can expect in the coming seasons.
thank you so much for sticking with me. blushing basics is my baby and while it has been a bit neglected this summer i can't wait to jump back into full force this fall. i love you all.
