so i'm hoping you might be able to help me :) i tend to have dry skin, so i use a moisturizer after i clean my face and then put on my makeup a few minutes later. my skin always looks very flaky from putting on the makeup. it happens with liquid and powder and the powder to liquid. and then by the end of the day my skin is more oily and the makeup looks thick and cakey. i've thought about using a tinted moisturizer instead of regular foundation, but i'm afraid it won't have enough coverage. any tips?
Kiwi, while i was reading your comment i was thinking tinted moisturizer, and then i made it to the end and saw you already had that conclusion! my best advice would be to maybe approach your trouble spots with a concealer (my spots are below my eyes and the either side of my nose) and go over your entire face with the tinted moisturizer. this should give you pretty decent coverage while not being too caky and flaky. if you do try this, PLEASE let me know your results. i would like to know if it really helped. thanks
