alright, let's do this. liquid eyeliner and the cat eye 'flick' are two of the most requested step by step makeup tutorials. learning these two techniques will give you the foundation for makeup mastery.
here's how it's done:
- draw a dot at the highest point where you would like your cat eye 'flick'. i do this with my eyes open so that i can see where the flick will actually be, rather than doing it with your eyes closed and your eyelid stretched.
- draw a dot at the base of where you want your cat eye flick to be.
- connect the dots.
- draw the remaining eyeliner across your eye and adjust thickness to desired width.
