it is a silky soft powder that applies smooth and blends easily leaving you with the perfect amount of color on your cheeks. the color selection works well with all skin tones and like i just mentioned, blendability is key. the gold rimmed compact with lucite lid gives it the added touch of expensive. a perfect combination.
