if you follow me on my Instagram you may have noticed that i have become a fan of the workout. i have gone from anti-fit to exercise loving, Body Pump pumping, outdoor working fanatic. i love the way i feel when i am taking care of my body and the fact that i get to purchase an entirely new wardrobe for my new hobby makes me love it even more!
